- Unused, unscratched and free of impact damage
- You still have the receipt or the order number from ddpaivn.com
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Free returns
We cover all return costs when:
- The wrong model, quantity or version was shipped
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged in transit
Other cases
If you change your mind after opening the box (and none of the situations above apply), the product can still be returned or exchanged, but you bear the two-way shipping cost and the product must still meet the conditions listed above.
How to return
- Contact us by email or through the Contact page, including your order number and photos of the product
- We confirm and guide you to send the item back to our warehouse
- Once received and inspected, we ship a replacement or issue a refund
Refund timing: 3 – 7 working days after we confirm the product qualifies, depending on your original payment method.
