Delivery times
- Ho Chi Minh City: 1 – 2 working days (4-hour express in inner-city districts)
- Southern & Central Vietnam: 2 – 4 working days
- Northern Vietnam & remote areas: 3 – 5 working days
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. The times above exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Cash on delivery (COD)
We support cash on delivery nationwide at no extra COD fee. You only pay the courier after inspecting the product seal. See Payment Methods for details.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

Please check the condition of the box and its seal before paying. If the box appears crushed or has been opened, you have the right to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
